Mari OYA

東京生まれ。 短大卒業後､幼稚園教諭、大手総合商社勤務を経て1996年からトスカーナ州シエナ在住。 現地料理学校での通訳 アシスタント経験をもとに執筆活動を開始。NHKテキスト 『まいにちイタリア語』『朝日新聞デジタル』など連載多数。NHK 『マイあさラジオ』をはじめラジオでも活躍中。著書に『イタリアの小さな工房めぐり』(新潮社)、『ガイドブックではわからない現地発! イタリア街グルメ美味しい話』(世界文化社)『意大利工坊』(弓云雷訳 华中科技大学出版社) がある。

Born in Tokyo, Japan. After graduating from Izumi Junior College, worked as a kindergarten teacher, then at Mitsui Fudosan and Nissho Iwai(a major general trading company), before moving to Siena, Tuscany in 1996. She has written numerous articles for NHK's "Mainichi Italia go" and Asahi Shimbun Digital, as well as for NHK's "My Asa Radio" and other radio programs. She is the author of "Italia no kobo meguri" (Small Italian Workshops) published by Shinchosha, and "Italia machi gourmet oishii hanashi" (Delicious stories from the streets of Italy that guidebooks cannot tell! Italian Town Gourmet Tasty Stories" (Sekai Bunka Publishing) and "Italy gong fang" (translated by Yumyun Lei, published by Huazhong University of Science and Technology Press).
